Greece Project

Basement wall with horizontal crack. 15” hole augered ~8' from foundation wall. Dirt from hole placed on plywood to keep the installation process clean for custom. Wall Anchor rod pushed through wall to hole and anchor attached. Wall plates installed and anchors tightened.

Irondequoit Project

Irondequoit home had a bowing and cracked wall. Wall Anchors installed to guarantee movement would not continue and to straighten the wall. Galvanized steel threaded rods are pushed through the wall to auguered holes were earth anchor plates will be bolted on. Patio is saved by installing Grip-Tite Wall Anchors under the patio.

Niagara Falls Project

45' poured concrete wall tilted in 6 inches! No visible cracks and wall moved in as a whole piece. A Wall Pull was done by installing the Wall Anchors, excavating the wall around the anchors, and tightening the anchors down to straighten the wall. The wall moved back to it's original position and is guaranteed to never move again.

Penfield Project

Grip-Tite Wall Anchors were need for a severely bowed wall in Penfield. A trench was dug to save the customer money for easier installation. After Wall Anchors were installed, the foundation wall and all the Wall Anchor rods were exposed for a Wall Pull because of the amount of bowing the wall had. Once the pressure was relieved, all Wall Anchors were tightened, wall was pulled straight, and the in dirt back filled.

Rochester Project

Despite having new construction pilasters, the wall still pushed in, needing Wall Anchors. A trench was instead of augered holes to save the customer money

Williamsville Project

Grip-Tite Wall Anchors installed due to a bowing wall. Significant straightening occurred at initial tightening of Wall Anchors and customer choose to tighten over time, regaining levelness of wall. Clean, non-invasive foundation repair.
